Meet Lomont Molding’s July EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, Marissa Mordick
Marissa is approaching her three year anniversary here at Lomont Molding. Hired on initially as an Operator she quickly promoted to her current role as a Production Team Lead. She is known for her positive and helpful attitude on the floor as well as her dedication to Lomont quality standards.
She originally started on second shift and recently made the move to first shift where she has made a recognizable positive impact throughout the floor. She has also demonstrated her exceptional ability to train new-in-role production leadership and is seen as a mentor by those she has worked with.
Away from Lomont, Marissa stays plenty busy with her personal life as well. She has been married to her husband, Ryan, for six years and they ahve two children together. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and reading.
Marissa is a fantastic example of great leadership and her relationship with her team is evident of that. She brings a strong work ethic and bright energy to Lomont every day – thank you for all you do!
