Meet Lomont Molding’s July EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, Soulichanh Baccam.
Soulichanh, who goes by Chanh, is one of our Production Operators here at Lomont Molding. She has been with Lomont for over five years now. She is easily recognized with her constant smile and all-around positive attitude. She can be counted on to be here on time and always is searching for ways to improve her workcenter.
Versatility is the name of Chanh’s game. As we mentioned last month, being cross trained in different areas is extremely valuable in a facility like Lomont. We produce vastly different parts being a custom molder – so knowing how to operate different equipment and their much different processes is key to success. Chanh excels in this area being well trained around the plant.
Chanh has lived in Mount Pleasant for ten years now. She is married and is a proud mother as well. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and also the news.
