Meet Lomont Molding’s March EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, Dean Petree
Dean is one of our dedicated Process Technicians here at Lomont Molding. As a process technician his core responsibilities require him to set up machine parameters to produce quality parts consistently. Our process technicians are required to be exceptional problem solvers and to find ways to increase efficiency at machines.
2020 marks Dean’s 6th year at Lomont Molding. He is known for his great work ethic and attitude. Dean has always been quick to go above and beyond where he can – including recently as he is currently temporarily filling a supervisor role on the production floor.
When asked – Dean stated the most challenging but rewarding part of his job has been being the addition of responsibilities and doing his best to perform above expectations.
While he lives here in Mount Pleasant now, Dean is originally from Michigan. Outside of work he enjoys playing softball in the summer and going deer hunting. He also enjoys playing video games in free time. He also enjoys spending time with his kids who are ages eight and fifteen.
Dean is well known in our facility as a reliable and knowledgeable team member ready to help in any way he can – and is a great representation of who we are!
