Meet Lomont Molding’s January EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, Tammie Butterbaugh.
Tammie joined the Lomont team this last August as our Shipping Coordinator. In her role Tammie is responsible for scheduling freight shipments and ensuring finished product makes it out the door.
Tammie has lived in the area her whole life, specifically in New London. She has been married to her husband twenty-three years and they have three boys together. They also have a dog and a cat in their family.
Her boys keep her busy both inside the house and outside with all their extra-curricular activities they’re involved in. While free time is hard to find, when she does find some, she still prefers to spend it relaxing with her family.
When asked – Tammie says the most interesting thing she has found working at Lomont has been getting involved with all the international shipping. She also talked about how much she enjoys the environment and how everyone gets along here.
Tammie might be a newer face at Lomont but is known for her great attitude and work ethic. She’s always ready to help where she can and doesn’t shy away from challenges.
