Meet Lomont Molding’s September EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, Rick Homoan.
Rick is one of our dedicated CNC Operators here in our toolroom. His primary responsibilities revolve around finishing and modifying various parts. In this role he also is responsible for careful inspections and quality checks.
He might be a newer face here at our Mount Pleasant location however he has been with the company for eleven years. In April, Rick began working at our local facility here as a result of the merger of our Reinbeck location with our Mount Pleasant location.
Rick is another who has contributed greatly to the successful consolidation of the Reinback facility. He has been a great resource in the transition with tooling and equipment conversions. His supervisor, Tim Kracht, also had much to say about how great Rick has been about also adapting to and learning new processes here.
Outside of work – Rick is originally from Belle Plaine. He is both a father and grandfather with two sons and two daughters and six grandchildren. He loves football and is an avid Vikings and Hawkeye fan.
Here at Lomont you can’t miss Rick’s positivity and energy if you have the pleasure of talking to him. He shows up every day with an incredible work ethic and attitude and is great to work with!
Thank you Rick, for all you do!
