Billy has been an employee here at Lomont for over six years. He started out here as a fabricator and has promoted to his current position as Maintenance Supervisor. He supervises and works alongside the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations and solve problems that may arise every day as well as finding ways to improve efficiency around the plant.
He grew up in Mount Pleasant and lives here now with his wife and two children. His primary interest outside of work is spending time with his family.
His colleagues will be quick to tell you that Billy is great at giving direction and helping wherever he can. While knowledgeable he is always willing to ask questions and to learn whenever he can and continue to challenge himself. He is known for his strong work ethic and dependability.
When asked Billy said the most interesting thing he has learned here at Lomont has just been learning the business itself. When hired he knew nothing of plastic manufacturing and did not take the job expecting to make a career out of it and now feels that he is married to Lomont. He enjoys his role in that he is constantly learning more with every day.
