Meet Lomont Molding’s October EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, Chad Hendricks.
Chad works in Receiving here at Lomont and has been in his role for twenty-one years. In his role he is responsible for receiving all the various materials that we use for production. In his role efficiency and accuracy are major factors as material will often need to go straight into production as quickly as possible.
Chad has lived in the Mount Pleasant area most of his life. He is married and has five children three of which are still at home. In his free time Chad is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys going on rides.
When asked if there is anything at Lomont Chad would like to see improved – he suggested implementing more technological upgrades in the receiving process to allow him to be more efficient in some of the more time-consuming areas of his job.
Chad had proven himself to be a dedicated employee who goes above and beyond every day to ensure Lomont continues operating smoothly. Thanks Chad for all you do!
