Lomont Molding LLC is pleased to welcome Doug Bass as its new Operations Manager.
Doug is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing operations. Additionally, he will be directing our continuous improvement & optimization processes at Lomont’s Mt Pleasant facility.
Doug describes himself as well traveled. He served fourteen years in the United States Air Force. He has lived in six different states and brings with him many years of production and warehouse experience. Originally from South Dakota, he has moved to Mount Pleasant where his wife was born and raised.
Outside of work Doug’s primary hobby is his membership and participation in a motorcycle ministry, whom dedicate themselves to helping others. He is a father of four and excited that he will become a grandfather in December.
When asked – Doug said the most interesting thing he has learned in his first few days is how wide a variety of products we manufacture here at Lomont.
Lomont is confident that Doug will be a great asset to our management team and look forward to a bright future with him.
