Lomont Molding LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Butterbaugh as its new Safety & Training Coordinator
Joe started here at Lomont in March as a material handler. He has quickly demonstrated outstanding work ethic, attention to detail, and problem solving ability. He is also recognized for his ability to work as part of a team and finds ways to help his colleagues improve in their own roles. In his new position Joe has stated his goal is to maintain a safe zero-accident work environment and to find new ways to add value to the Lomont training program.
Outside of work Joe is also a husband and a father of three boys. He has been married for 24 years. He is also a volunteer firefighter in New London where he currently lives. He enjoys finding time to fish and spend time with his family. With that he also frequently can be found coaching & observing sporting events with his children.
Lomont is confident that Joe will be a great asset to our safety & training programs and look forward to a bright future with him!
