Meet Lomont Molding’s November EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH, Steve McCreight.
Steve’s primary position is in the grinding room where our material waste is recycled and repurposed. He also spends a lot of time helping in other areas of the plant including working with production, purchasing, shipping, and maintenance. Steve has been with Lomont for 18 years and has become well trained throughout the facility.
A longtime resident of Winfield, IA – Steve is married and has one son who is 18 years old and is going to college. His main hobbies outside of work center around working with cars and riding quads.
When asked about the most interesting thing he has learned in his time at Lomont – he responded that learning about all the various materials and how we repurpose them ranks at the top. Steve says one of his favorite things about Lomont is the people he works with and the family-oriented nature of the business.
Steve comes in daily with a positive attitude and a great work ethic and is well respected by his fellow employees for it. Thanks, Steve for all you do!
